By confirming your cat’s stay at Meow Inn, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These guidelines ensure a safe, comfortable, and enriching experience for your pet while respecting the time and expertise of our team.
General Terms
- Acceptance of Terms: Booking your cat’s stay constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Timely payment of all fees is required to secure and maintain services.
- Right to Refuse or Terminate Service: Meow Inn reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if:
- Your pet’s behavior or health poses a safety risk to other pets or staff.
- Financial obligations are not met.
- Significant changes to bookings or unforeseen circumstances arise requiring additional time, care, or responsibility.
Payment Policy
- Deposit and Fees: A non-refundable deposit of ₹1000 per cat is required to confirm the booking. This deposit will be deducted from the final bill. Remaining payment is due at drop-off.
- Boarding Fees: Charged per full day regardless of drop-off/pick-up time.
- Refund Policy:
- 50% refund of deposit if cancelled 7+ days before check-in.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before drop-off.
- Late Check-Outs: Require prior approval and will incur a fee equivalent to half a day’s charge.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Appointments Required: All check-ins/check-outs must be scheduled via WhatsApp or call.
- Hours of Operation:
- Mon-Fri: 9:30 AM–12:30 PM & 3:30 PM–8:00 PM
- Sat: 11:00 AM–12:30 PM & 3:30 PM–6:00 PM
- Sun: 4:30 PM–8:00 PM
- Timely Arrivals: Ensure smooth operations and respect staff schedules.
Health and Safety
- Vaccination: Cats must be fully vaccinated for rabies, feline distemper, and herpesvirus. Proof required at check-in.
- Parasite Control: Cats must be flea/tick treated with video proof or at Meow Inn during drop-off. Infested cats may be declined or treated at the pawrent’s expense.
- Health Disclosure: All past illnesses, allergies, or surgeries must be disclosed prior to check-in.
- Emergency Medical Care: Immediate vet care will be sought. If unreachable, Meow Inn will contact the emergency contact or act on vet advice. All costs borne by pawrent.
Behavior and Comfort
- Temperament: Cats must be non-aggressive and adaptable. Disruptive cats will be separated; extra charges may apply.
- Stress Management: Cozy spaces, consistent routines, and individual attention for nervous cats.
- Enrichment: Interactive toys, climbing structures, and supervised playtime included.
- Monitoring: All cats monitored for distress or aggression. Pawrents will be notified of concerns.
Guardianship and Responsibility
- Experienced Care: We act as guardians using years of pet care expertise.
- Respect for Staff: Timely communication and cooperation with staff expected.
Liability
- Pawrent’s Responsibility: Responsible for any damages caused by the pet.
- Meow Inn’s Responsibility: Not liable for injury, illness, or death unless due to negligence.
Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Bring only essentials, clearly labeled.
Updates and Communication
- Daily Updates: One photo or video update daily, and more if possible.
- Emergency Communication: Immediate notification in urgent situations.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update these terms. Pawrents should review them before every check-in.
Acknowledgment
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge Meow Inn as a loving, safe environment providing professional care and enriching experiences.
